Key Responsibilities

This role offers a broad scope, encompassing key responsibilities including:

  • Develop requirements verification strategies and propose verification scenarios.
  • Support methodologies, tools, and platforms for verification and acceptance activities.
  • Prepare and review Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRMs).
  • Coordinate and support Acceptance Test Readiness Reviews (ATRR) and test events.
  • Analyze verification results and support reporting responsibilities to management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in testing, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Test and Evaluation. A Certified SAFe Practitioner is mandatory, which can be completed upon engagement.

Experience with HP ALM or JIRA, hypervisors, and virtualization technologies is highly desirable. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Familiarity with AT&E processes, software testing, and Defence Capability Life Cycle is required. Due to the nature of the work, a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance is mandatory as per Commonwealth regulations.

Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement in some instances.
