We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Test and Evaluation (T&E)/Verification and Validation (V&V) efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in T&E and V&V, with experience managing complex projects and prioritizing tasks effectively. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee T&E and V&V activities across multiple project phases\
  • Develop, review, and deliver high-quality documentation related to T&E, V&V, and engineering processes\
  • Apply testing and evaluation techniques throughout the system development life cycle\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives\
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of excellence within the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in T&E/V&V roles\
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams\
  • Strong understanding of T&E and V&V principles and best practices\
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
