Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Specialist to lead our testing operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in systems engineering, cyber resilience, and quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop verification strategies and propose test scenarios to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Procedures to guide the testing process.
  • Coordinate Acceptance Test Readiness Reviews and test events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyse and report on verification results to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and implement test environments and platforms to support efficient testing.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including Test Reports and Failure Analysis Reports to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in HP ALM or JIRA-based lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience with hypervisors and virtual environments.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory – can be completed upon engagement).
  • Exposure to virtualisation, containerisation, and Linux fundamentals.
  • Network and SIEM knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, incident response, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Software testing and test data/reporting expertise.
  • ATRR coordination and risk management skills.
