Role Overview

We are seeking a Test and Evaluation Specialist to play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects.

The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for safeguarding Australia's future by delivering critical defence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop verification strategies and propose scenarios to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

  • Support the development of methodologies, tools, and platforms for verification and acceptance activities.

  • Prepare and review test plans, test procedures, and verification cross-reference matrices.

  • Cover test readiness reviews and events to ensure seamless execution.

  • Analyze verification results and support reporting responsibilities to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualification in testing, preferably in Engineering, IT, or Test and Evaluation.

  • A certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory).

  • Experience with HP ALM or JIRA, hypervisors, and virtualization technologies.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of AT&E processes, software testing, and Defence Capability Life Cycle.
