Verification Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Specialist to play a key role in advancing the background screening experience through visibility and insights.

The ideal candidate will provide customer support for the use of our platforms, undertake checks and verifications, ensure accurate information is gathered, and perform general administrative tasks.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers on the use of our platforms
  • Conduct thorough checks and verifications with attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage data
  • Support office operations including scanning and mail collection

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in case management and administrative roles where accuracy and attention to detail are crucial
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Strong computer proficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of motivation, personal integrity, and commitment to quality improvement
