About the Role

This is a senior-level facilities management position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and leadership skills. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end facilities management services to a prominent financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with building engineers to ensure best-in-class service delivery on multiple sites.
  • Liaise with other facilities managers to ensure a consistent approach across regional sites.
  • Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) and inspections across regional sites, including concerns and incident management.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of facilities management, including air conditioning, electricity, and daily workspace operations.
  • Manage financial aspects, including profit and loss and budgets.
  • Improve contractor/sub-contractor relations and performance.
  • Contribute to risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and liaise effectively with clients and tenants.
  • Communicate facilities management matters through formal meetings, emails, or letters.
  • Travel to regional sites as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in building management, with a focus on sophisticated and state-of-the-art systems in commercial and industrial properties.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of building services operations.
