Job Title

Clean water is essential for community well-being, and we need help to keep it flowing. As a maintenance technician, you will be part of a tight-knit crew that works together to repair water mains, unblock sewers, and maintain wastewater systems. You will use your hands, tools, and technology to solve real-world problems that keep homes, businesses, and communities safe.

This role is not just about fixing pipes - it's about making a meaningful impact every day.

You'll start each day with a crew meeting and safety check-in, then head out across Greater Sydney to tackle challenges ahead. Whether you're repairing a burst water main or operating a wastewater system, you'll be using skills and experience to make a difference. And when the job is done, you'll have satisfaction of knowing that you've helped keep community's lifeblood flowing strong and steady.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair water mains, unblock drains, and operate wastewater systems
  • Communicate with local community and explain works being done
  • Use technology to monitor, diagnose and report
  • Look after mates and always put safety first
  • Help build cleaner, smarter, stronger systems for future generations
Requirements:
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (Medium Rigid minimum – or willing to upgrade)
  • SafeWork NSW Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Physical ability to carry out manual work safely and effectively
  • Willingness to work afternoon / night shifts and be on call for emergencies
  • Trade certificate in plumbing, water ops, or civil construction (optional)
