Looking for a role in water treatment and pool maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Water Quality Technician.

As a member of our Water Quality Team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our pools and water attractions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine water testing and chemical balancing, cleaning and maintaining filters and equipment, and inspecting and maintaining dosing and metering systems.

This is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience and provides full training. Ideal candidates will be aged 18 or above and possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hourly water testing and chemical balancing as per set procedures.
  • Record all water chemistry results accurately in logbooks or digital systems.
  • Monitor and maintain pool water levels.
  • Clean and maintain filters, chlorinators, skimmers, and pool vacuum systems.
  • Inspect and maintain dosing and metering equipment (training provided).
  • Assist with scooping, vacuuming, and surface cleaning of pools.
  • Conduct plant room checks and ensure spaces are clean and hazard-free.
  • Support minor repairs and report any faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance procedures for pool equipment.
  • Follow instructions and complete daily task checklists.
