About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing water filtration systems in commercial and government premises.

The role involves working independently at various sites, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing routine scheduled maintenance.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Installing new water filtration systems
  • Servicing and maintaining Water filtration system, UV disinfection systems and fixtures
  • Troubleshooting and repairing water filtration systems and equipment
  • Backflow Prevention & TMV Testing
  • Processing and completing work orders
  • Maintaining service truck

A strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is essential, as well as excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A plumbing trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship
  • At least 2 years of experience as a plumber
  • A valid plumbing license
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
