As a Trainee Water Treatment Technician you will be trained to perform essential tasks related to the maintenance and treatment of cooling tower water systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the water treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of cooling water systems
  • Learn to perform water quality testing and analysis
  • Support the implementation of water treatment equipment
  • Help with the installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of water treatment activities
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Strong interest in water treatment and environmental science
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a bonus
  • Valid drivers licence
