Drive Operational Excellence

The Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to lead the delivery of system enhancements, process improvements, and sales optimisation initiatives. As a Sales Operations Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales workflows, drive automation, and align processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System Testing & Defect Management: Plan test scenarios, troubleshoot high-impact issues, and support deployment testing as needed.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Review business requirements, streamline sales processes, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align testing, and communicate outcomes and change impacts.
  • Governance & System Roadmap Delivery: Manage backlog priorities, support roadmap delivery, and drive operational sign-off for Salesforce and Imagine Landmark.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track system performance, monitor enhancements and defect fixes, and share insights with Sales Operations leadership.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, manage competing priorities, and build trust through transparent communication
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, consistency, and stakeholder engagement
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, a passion for operational excellence, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability
  • Commitment to innovation and collaborative problem-solving within the operations team
