Operational Excellence Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with data-driven decision making tools.
You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct deep dives into operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process changes
- Analyze metrics to measure the success of implemented changes
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Intermediate level Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts
- Experience in a highly analytical environment with cross-functional interactions
- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
- MS Access and SQL experience
- Requirement gathering and writing clear requirement documents
