Operational Excellence Specialist

The Operational Excellence Specialist role at our facility offers a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will be instrumental in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate manual benders to shape and cut reinforcing bar and mesh, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with loading orders and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring seamless delivery to customers.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or risks.

Requirements:

  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of machine operation, warehousing, or customer service (desired but not essential).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • A strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
