Key Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This includes but is not limited to general repairs, maintenance, and replacement of building components.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of plant equipment, chillers, and boilers.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
