Looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Professional to perform routine checks and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

  • Four (4) years of formal education in trade school with training in areas such as plumbing, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and general mechanical maintenance.
  • Six (6) years of work experience in the areas of plumbing, electrical, electronics, HVAC, painting, vinyling, and carpentry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on buildings main mechanical systems; air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems.
  • Complete safety checks and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to consolidate work, solve problems, create new methods and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical ability to be on feet most of the day.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Self-directed in executing responsibilities within a team structure.
  • Exposure to dust, dirt, variable temperatures, and long hours due to emergencies.
  • Exposure to potential hazards from improper use of equipment, toxic chemicals, and gases.
