About the RoleWe are seeking a corporate and commercial lawyer with expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts to join our specialist team.

Key Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including advice on unfair contract terms.
- Supporting M&A transactions with IP, technology, and privacy expertise.
- Advising on the Privacy Act and drafting related policies and documentation.
- Advising on licensing and commercialisation of technologies and brands.
You will have 4+ years PQE experience in corporate & commercial practice with strong contracting experience.
- Experience with M&A transactions
- Excellent writing and document preparation abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
