Our firm is seeking a skilled lawyer to work on complex matters with global impact.

The Role
  • Advise on a mix of M&A, corporate advisory and commercial transactions.
  • Support senior lawyers on cross-border deals and large-scale strategic transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and conduct due diligence.
  • Gain exposure to international workstreams through our global platform.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have:

  • 2–5 years' experience in corporate law with strong exposure to M&A.
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Strong drafting research and communication skills.
  • A proactive collaborative approach and interest in cross-border work.
  • A strong academic record.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile cases and develop your expertise in corporate law.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and be involved in various projects including advising on mergers and acquisitions, supporting cross-border deals and conducting due diligence.

As a successful candidate you will possess excellent technical skills and commercial acumen as well as strong drafting research and communication skills.

Additionally you should have a proactive collaborative approach and an interest in cross-border work.

And above all a strong academic record.
