Senior Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

The role of Senior Corporate Lawyer involves providing complex and varied corporate law advice to clients, including private mergers and acquisitions, solvent global restructuring, general corporation act advice, general commercial law, private capital raising, financial services, chapter 7 AFSL, private equity and venture capital.

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will act for founders, financial sponsors, major corporations and financial institutions, not-for-profit organisations, and high-net-worth individuals. You will demonstrate leadership and adapt to changes in the legal market, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Special Counsel with 10+ years of post-qualification experience with strong experience in Private M&A. Relevant Australian legal qualification/admission is also required. Technical excellence, a strong work ethic, and ideally experience with business development are highly desirable.
