E-Learning Content Specialist

This position offers a unique chance to work as a Senior Learning and Development Officer on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering e-learning content and blended training programs that cater to the needs of First Nations peoples.
The Role Responsibilities- Develop culturally appropriate e-learning content and blended training programs for First Nations peoples, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills required against a Digital Skills Framework and develop a matrix of skill competencies.
- Work closely with team members to engage stakeholders and define role requirements, as well as co-design models of delivery.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to build knowledge-sharing capacity among team members.
- First Nations candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in training development and delivery.
- A qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms is also required.
