Expert E-Learning Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an expert e-learning specialist to join our team and help us develop high-quality training content. As an e-learning specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Developing e-learning modules and user guides/materials for end users including digital and print-ready collateral.
  • Validating training needs analysis and training plans.
  • Creating familiarization videos (pre-eLearning content) for pre-training user readiness.
  • Developing and delivering user 'drop-in session' (online Teams based delivery) content for on-the-job hyper care support based on user guides/self-serve materials.
  • Tracking and reporting on training completion rates and evaluation surveys.
  • Conforming with our organisation's change management and training frameworks and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing e-learning content.
  • Knowledge of HR projects such as timesheets, rostering, and payroll.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
