About the RoleThis Palliative Medicine position is required to work flexibly and rotate across various settings, including community palliative care, inpatient and outpatient palliative care, and state-wide services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient-centered care, prioritizing comfort, dignity, and well-being.
- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
