As a palliative care specialist, you will be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a purpose-built unit.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and oversee the management of relevant National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards within the unit.
- Maintain current knowledge and competence in accordance with professional standards and legislation affecting nursing practice.
