Job Title: Palliative Care Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Palliative Care Manager to lead our specialist palliative care team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide operational management and expert nursing leadership at an advanced level.

The Palliative Care Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that care is provided in accordance with best practice guidelines and standards.
