Key Responsibilities:- Practice in accordance with codes of ethics, professional standards, and legislation affecting nursing practice by maintaining current knowledge and competence within the scope of the position.
- Lead quality improvement activities and manage relevant National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards within the unit.
- Fulfill responsibilities in accordance with health service values.
- Actively participate in a working environment that supports quality human resource management practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, work health and safety, and ethical behavior.
