About the Role
  • Prioritize activities with the crew to achieve targets.
  • Provide leadership to the crew, setting a positive example and assisting the team to achieve their full potential.
  • Clearly define and communicate performance goals and provide regular and objective feedback on performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and carry out statutory inspections and mine standards.
  • Ensure all workers work safely and efficiently while carrying out their duties with due regard for quality of work.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of prioritizing tasks, leading teams, and communicating effectively.
