Frontline Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning and performance of a crew in an underground coal mining operation.

This is a frontline leadership position that requires effective management of people and equipment to carry out planned work activities.

About the Position
  • A Queensland First, Second or Third-class Certificate of Competency or Mutual Recognition from NSW is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of underground coal mining operations and the ability to think laterally are highly desirable qualities for the ideal candidate.

This role offers a competitive salary, funded flights, exit NSW, and 12% Superannuation.
