This role involves driving fundraising efforts with the Senior Fundraising Manager across all areas of strategy and objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing cash and regular giving strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Project managing appeals to ensure timely execution.
- Contributing to campaign plans and budgets with a focus on digital fundraising.
- Identifying opportunities to achieve strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is positive, collaborative, and creative. They have experience in individual giving, including appeals development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end and ongoing direct campaigns.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing donor acquisition and retention strategies that meet requirements.
- Development of key messaging documentation and implementation across digital, web, and channels.
- Experience in process management and project coordination.
- Commitment, drive, and passion for the cause.
