Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Fundraising Event Specialist to lead the planning and execution of our signature fundraising events.

  • This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive engagement and generosity, while ensuring seamless event logistics and budget management.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to build relationships, manage event committees, and secure sponsorships.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for championing stewardship and supporter journeys to drive retention and long-term engagement.

About You:

  • You possess a strategic mindset and excellent leadership skills, with 7+ years of experience in fundraising, event management, or not-for-profit development.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact events and achieving income targets is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are also required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and data-driven reporting is a must.
