Job Description:

The Administration Assistant will play a key role in managing front desk operations at our facility in Smithfield.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing receptionist duties, greeting and registering visitors to site
  • Managing courier bookings, sending client orders
  • Managing external contractors, eg. cleaners, couriers
  • Managing monthly invoicing, purchasing, stocktake
  • Organising internal and external events (staff lunches, periodic meetings, yearly events)
  • Providing administrative support to the Client Services team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience working in a similar role and excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, bubbly personality
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to reorganise priorities quickly
  • Thorough, diligent and enthusiastic attitude to learning
