About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced dental environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly and manage the reception area with efficiency and professionalism.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and schedule management to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed, utilizing computer systems and dental software effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front desk role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are paramount for success in this position.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
