As a Health Centre Coordinator, your role will involve supporting day-to-day care while assisting with service delivery, reporting, and staff support. You will also have the opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibilities, including budgets, meetings, and workforce coordination.

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers culturally secure primary health care to remote Aboriginal communities. You will have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities while working in one of Australia's most spectacular landscapes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for Registered Nurses or Aboriginal Health Practitioners with AHPRA registration and demonstrated experience working in remote or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services. You will need to be comfortable juggling clinical care with team support and operational leadership.

You will also need to possess strong communication skills, be able to build great relationships in community settings, and be confident navigating the world of rosters, reporting, and health planning.

Earn a starting salary of $130,000 as a Health Centre Coordinator, or step into the Manager role from $138,590, along with a host of benefits including:
