About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, making phone and email collections, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments
- Make phone and email collections to resolve outstanding debts
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Recommend credit limit reviews and provide ad hoc credit administration support
- Utilize SAP to manage credit-related tasks
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong collection skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
