Job Title: Content Governance Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement content governance frameworks across the organization.

  • Developing Governance Frameworks: Redesign existing content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance across all teams.
  • Content Creation and Publication Guidelines: Define clear guidelines for content creation, publication, and review to maintain high-quality output.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  • Comprehensive Frameworks: Develop comprehensive content governance frameworks, including content clearance policies.
  • Aligning Approvals: Work with stakeholders to align content approvals with business needs and industry regulations.
  • Improving Content Operations: Improve content operations by uplifting processes, leading CMS improvements, and optimizing workflows.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address content-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintain visibility over content approval processes to ensure compliance at all stages.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze content governance data to improve operational efficiency.

This role also involves managing a team of three direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Background: A strong background in content governance, compliance, or quality assurance.
  • Governance Experience: Demonstrated experience creating governance frameworks and policies in regulated environments.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CMS (Sitecore) and content approval tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Azure Delivery Environment: Agile delivery environment experience or certification.
