As a Content Governance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the redesign and implementation of enterprise-wide content governance. This involves ensuring that content is accurate, consistent, current, legally compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive content governance frameworks. These frameworks should provide guidelines for the creation, publication, and review of content.

The role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing three direct reports and providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to build their capability and team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Redesigning content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Defining and implementing guidelines for content creation, publication, and review
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining content governance frameworks
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure content approvals align with business requirements and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, or quality assurance
  • Demonstrated experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies
  • Experience with CMS and content approval and governance tools
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
