Job Title: Content Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our content governance initiatives.

  • A high degree of autonomy with direct reports, leading to enhanced job satisfaction and career progression.
Responsibilities:

This is a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our content across all platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  • Maintaining visibility over the status of content approval processes to ensure compliance at all stages.
  • Providing expert guidance to stakeholders on content governance best practices.
  • Managing three direct reports and providing development opportunities for capability building and team performance improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in content governance, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to content governance.
  • The ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform operational improvements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
