Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in creating and implementing our Solution Engineering Enablement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing critical enablement programs that ensure our sales organization has the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities- Taking a hands-on approach to designing, building, and delivering enablement programs that cater to the needs of our sales organization.
- Establishing strong relationships with SE leadership and contributing to the definition and development of the Global SE Enablement plan.
- Collaborating with the Global SE Onboarding team to refine the everboarding program based on segment needs and build strategic partnerships to align with internal and cross-functional SMEs on enablement of content creation and delivery.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
- Deep technical expertise in skills database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
- Snowflake experience, SnowPro Core and/or SnowPro Advanced is a plus.
- Data science or Spark experience is a plus.
- Experience in designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
- Ability to lead through influence.
- Ability to establish sponsorship and secure support from diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
