We seek a business-savvy individual who will champion data across all functions – design, manufacturing, commercial, digital health, and regulatory.

Data Strategy

The Data Strategist will develop and lead an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned to strategic and operational goals.

  • Identify high-impact use cases, KPIs, and business outcomes across commercial, clinical, product, and operational domains.
  • Chair the Data Governance Council and lead engagement with data domain leaders.

Data Governance

You will establish and lead our data governance framework:

  • Define and implement data ownership, stewardship, and accountability structures.
  • Align governance practices with data strategies and integrate them into platform, analytics, and master data initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and mitigate data risks.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in leading data strategies, governance frameworks, and analytics initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of data governance principles including data ownership, stewardship, compliance, and risk mitigation.
