About the Role

This role involves delivering exceptional personal care to residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing are maximized. You will be part of a cohesive team that prioritizes resident satisfaction and delivers high-quality care services.

  • You will provide safe and effective personal care to residents, adhering to Cranbrook Care's policies and procedures.
  • You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the residence meets accreditation requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in aged care.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and care.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
  • Solid understanding and commitment to person-centered care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement ideal.
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care).
