About the RoleThis role involves delivering exceptional personal care to residents, ensuring their health and wellbeing are maximized. You will be part of a cohesive team that prioritizes resident satisfaction and delivers high-quality care services.
- You will provide safe and effective personal care to residents, adhering to Cranbrook Care's policies and procedures.
- You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the residence meets accreditation requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years experience in aged care.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and care.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
- Solid understanding and commitment to person-centered care.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement ideal.
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care).
