We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as Lead Nurse for night duty shifts at our premium aged care residence in Neutral Bay, Sydney.

About the Role

As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, developing and maintaining expert knowledge of our responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019.

You will lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care to our residents, including building capability and overseeing performance to ensure the team is delivering results safely, efficiently and effectively.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • A current registration with the NSW Registration Board
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • First Aid and CPR qualification essential
  • Fluent spoken English and literate in English

You should also have excellent time management skills, ability to work under limited supervision, and follow procedures to complete set tasks to an appropriate quality standard.
