We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Nurse Care Manager. This role will involve providing safe and effective personal and clinical care to our residents, leading and managing a team of personal carers, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and accreditation.

About the Role:

  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of personal carers, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional care to residents.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of care delivery meet the highest standards of quality and accreditation.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to older adults. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Current registration with the NSW Registration Board and a First Aid and CPR qualification.
  • Experience: Aged Care experience is highly desirable, particularly in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
