Job Title: Aged Care Support ProfessionalAbout the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Aged Care Support Professional to join our team at Lansdowne Gardens, a multi-award-winning aged care residence in Sydney's lower North Shore.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As an Aged Care Support Professional, you will be part of a cohesive and dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and care.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or a related field;
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service and care;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services;
  • A sound understanding and commitment to person-centered care;
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement ideal;
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care).

You will also have the following qualities:

  • A kind and compassionate nature with the ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional and respectful manner;
  • An excellent communicator with second-to-none customer service skills;
  • The ability to love working with people and be a quick learner;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to get things done right the first time.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus superannuation and other benefits.
