We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing superior service on all inquiries, including claims related to Credit and Charge Cards.
About the RoleThis is a fixed-term contract position that requires a strong focus on delivering seamless member experiences on the No Additional Charge (NAC) insurance program. You will work closely with customers to provide accurate information regarding coverage, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various touchpoints, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
- Claims Handling: Process claims efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' lives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, including NAC insurance, to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, account managers, and other teams, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Claims Handling Experience: Advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent phone manner, verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and results-driven approach.
