The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Consultant at VitalCALL, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need. You'll work in a dynamic call centre environment, assisting with inbound and outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, and providing follow-up care to ensure satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to assist customers with follow-ups, installations, and feedback collection.
  • Provide accurate information about VitalCALL products and services.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns effectively while maintaining a focus on exceptional service.
  • Schedule and organise tasks related to customer setups and installations.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
