About the Role
  • Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS is key in this role.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensuring quality meets agreed customer service standards is paramount.
  • This position requires engaging with customers and promoting our services.
  • We are looking for an individual who can develop positive relationships with customers for the best customer experience.
  • Maintaining reliability while working under pressure and having flexible availability across 7 days is crucial.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 First Aid certification is necessary for this role.
  • CPR certification must be current.
  • A Working with Children's Check (Employee status) is required.
  • A National Police check upon on-boarding is also necessary.
