JOB DESCRIPTION
Fresh Gift Group is looking to expand its team of Customer Service Consultants for our busy Christmas season.
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. You'll be the face of our company, handling inbound customer enquiries and driving sales through outbound calls to our corporate client base. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills, learn from industry experts, and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and email enquiries
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Build rapport with customers and promote our product range
- Achieve sales targets through outbound calls to corporate clients
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements.
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales role.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Proven ability to meet KPI's.
- Basic knowledge of digital technology and CRM systems.
You will need to demonstrate a positive and eager-to-learn attitude and have experience working in a high-volume customer service setting.
