We are seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing properties in the CBD.

The Role:

  • Provide Leasing Support: Work closely with the Property Management Team to lease properties in the CBD.
  • Conduct Open Homes: Showcase properties to potential tenants.
  • Manage Tenant Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Market Properties: Effectively promote available properties to attract new clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous Real Estate Experience: desirable but not essential.
  • Agents Representative Qualification: required.
  • A Desire to Enter the Real Estate Industry: we welcome newcomers who are passionate about property leasing.
  • A Valid Driver's License: necessary for business appointments.
