Safety and Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Safety and Security Co-worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our assets, co-workers, visitors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage visitor, contractor, and co-worker access to and from the store, providing administrative support with tasks such as audits, incident reporting, database management, and filing.
- Monitor and review CCTV, conduct investigations, respond quickly and efficiently to alarms, and initiate emergency response procedures as required.
- Assist in ensuring the store is compliant with all IKEA and local rules, guidelines, and legislative requirements to protect our assets and the IKEA brand.
