About the Opportunity

Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Part -Time Security Officer at one of our large retail sectors in the Southeast Suburbs

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Unlock / Lock up Duties
  • CCTV Monitoring
  • Contractor Management
  • Register and Purchase Confirmation Audits
  • Incident report writing and data logs
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk
  • Access control

Key Selection Criteria

  • Must Have Current Security License and Valid First Aid
  • Proven Experience within the Security Industry – Retail preferred
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously.

It is essential that you have the Flexibility to work rotating rosters and the willingness to work nights/weekends.

Rostered Hours – Part Time

Week One:

Tuesday 8:00-16:00

Friday 14:00-22:00

Saturday 14:00-22:00

Sunday 11:00-19:00

Week Two:

Friday 14:00-22:00

Saturday 14:00-22:00

Sunday 11:00-19:00

Week Three:

Thursday 3:00-11:00

Saturday 8:00-16:00

Sunday 8:00-16:00

Week Four:

Monday 2:00-11:00

Saturday 2:00-11:00

Sunday 2:00-11:00
