Key Responsibilities

  • Design Growth Experiments: Design and launch experiments to drive Loom signups and usage within the ecosystem.
  • Develop User Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of user segments, personas, and use cases to ensure Loom is positioned as an intuitive complement to workflows.
  • Establish Success Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure cross-sell impact, customer engagement, and retention.
