Transformative Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Transformational Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our multi-channel campaigns. Ideal for someone with hands-on performance marketing experience, either client-side or agency-side.

This role reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and is responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across SEM, social, video, and display. Work will directly contribute to business outcomes, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values innovation, curiosity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights across ROI, CPL, CPA, and creative effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice
  • Support creative development with data-led recommendations and storytelling
  • Enhance conversion rates across the customer acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrollment
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

About You:

  • 4-6+ years' experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video, and display
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management, and ROI analysis
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Experience in A/B testing, web campaign deployment, and creative planning
  • Analytical, curious, and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideas
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Master's degree desirable)
